Changing the oil and filter while under warranty...

I have a car nether warranty. Can I alter my own oil and filter without jeopardizing the warranty?

RAY: That's a good question, Earl. Although my knucklehead blood brother and I disagree as to whether yous SHOULD do information technology, the answer is yeah, you Can practise it. The warranty requires that certain maintenance be done, and that the proper parts be used. Only information technology does NOT specify that the work must be washed by the dealer. So go ahead, Earl, change it.
